These terms govern how an order is placed with PORTA PLUS and how it is manufactured, delivered, installed and covered by warranty.

This document describes the conditions under which PORTA PLUS accepts an order and manufactures its products. Using this site, placing an order or signing a contract means you accept the terms set out below.
A written contract signed for a specific order takes precedence over these terms — where a clause differs, the contract applies.
The site portaplus.ge belongs to PORTA PLUS. The photographs published here show our own completed work; material, colour and dimensions may differ on your order. Information on the site is not a public offer — the price is fixed only after measurement and calculation.
Every order starts with a free on-site measurement. After the visit you receive a sketch and a detailed calculation. Once agreed, we sign a written contract that fixes the dimensions, material, colour, price, production time and payment schedule. Work begins after the contract is signed and the advance payment is made.
The price covers material, fabrication, finishing and — where the contract says so — delivery and installation. Payment is normally made in two stages: an advance when the order starts, and the balance once installation is complete. Any additional work requested after the contract is signed is charged separately.
The lead time runs from the advance payment and the approval of the final sketch. It may be extended by circumstances outside our control — delayed material supply, weather affecting outdoor work, restricted access to the site, or changes to the sketch requested by the client. We notify you in advance in such cases.
Changes to the sketch are free until production starts. Once production has begun, changes are possible only with our agreement and the costs already incurred are payable. Because our products are made to individual measurements, cancelling an order that is already in production means the advance is not refunded to the extent of the costs incurred.
The structure carries a warranty of 2 to 7 years depending on the product, fixed in the contract. It covers manufacturing defects in welds, frames, hardware and coating.

The client provides free access to the site on the installation day, electricity for the installation work, and accurate information about the opening, utilities and facade during measurement. If the site is not ready for installation, the visit is rescheduled and the additional call-out is charged.
We are responsible for the quality of the structure we manufacture and the installation we carry out. We are not responsible for pre-existing defects in walls, facades or openings, nor for damage resulting from incorrect dimensions or materials supplied by the client.
The photographs, texts, sketches and logo published on this site are the property of PORTA PLUS. They may not be used commercially without our written consent.
Data received through the contact form — name, phone number, email and message — is used only to answer your request and service your order. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. To request deletion, write to us by email.
The parties settle any disagreement by negotiation first. Failing agreement, the dispute is resolved under the law of Georgia in the courts of Tbilisi.
We may update these terms. The latest version published on this page applies; an order already signed is governed by the version in force on the date of signature.
