How, when and at what cost we deliver and install the structures we manufacture.

We deliver with our own transport and our own crew installs on site. The exact delivery terms — date, cost and scope of installation — are fixed in the contract when the order is placed.
We deliver within Tbilisi every day. Delivery to the regions is available across Georgia — the cost is calculated from the distance and the volume of the structure, and is confirmed with you in advance.
The delivery date is booked a few days before production finishes and agreed with you by phone. We call before the visit to confirm the time window. If access to the site is not possible on the agreed day, the date moves to the next available slot.
Delivery of a standard order within Tbilisi is free and included in the price of the structure. Charged separately:
Installation is carried out by our own crew. Standard installation covers fixing the structure, adjusting it and cleaning the work area. Agreed separately: removal of an existing structure, concrete or facade restoration work, and electrical wiring for automatic gates.
When installation is finished the client inspects the work and signs a handover certificate. The warranty period runs from that date. Any defect found is recorded in the certificate and corrected within the agreed time at no extra charge.
We are responsible for damage that occurs during transport and will repair or replace the item at our own cost. If the client collects the product personally or through a third-party carrier, the risk passes to the client at the moment of handover.
If the site is not ready, we store the finished structure in our warehouse free of charge for up to 30 days. Storage beyond that period is charged by separate agreement.
Products are made to individual measurements from the client’s sketch, so a correctly executed order cannot be returned. If the item does not match the dimensions, material or colour recorded in the contract, we correct or remake it at our own cost.
